YOU´VE BEEN PHISHED!

THIS IS AN AUTHORIZED TRAINING EXERCISE, CONDUCTED BY ATLAS COPCO IT SERVICES.

If this was an actual phishing email, the link or attachment you just clicked
on, may have contained viruses or spyware which would compromise your computer.
We all have a responsibility to protect Atlas Copco AB's information - don't be
an easy target!
To better understand and identify suspicious emails, please read the below
information on how to protect Atlas Copco AB's data and your own personal
information.

THE DANGERS OF PHISHING
The purpose of a scam email is often to get you to click a link or download an
attachment. Doing so might download a virus to your computer, steal passwords or
other personal information. This is known as 'phishing'. Be careful anytime you
receive an email asking for personal information. If you get this type of
message, don’t provide the information requested without confirming that is
legitimate.

Phishers target all levels of employees and they know how to manipulate people
by stirring up their emotions. Here, they played on your curiosity, but they
might also try to play on feelings of fear, empathy, urgency, or even
greed. Reporting a scam email only takes a second – simply click the Report
Phish button in Outlook and the suspicious email is sent to IT Services for
analysis.
