After losing my father to cancer, and going through a health crisis of my own, I
upended everything I knew about taking care of myself and my loved ones.

After being shuffled from doctor to doctor- many not knowing, or not believing
what was going on with me, I decided to learn everything I could about healing
my body- becoming a Certified Health Coach and stress management coach in the
process.

Through my healing journey, I discovered that the way most high-achieving women
care for themselves just doesn’t cut it. Especially when it comes to the missing
link between their physical health and their stress levels. But I’m here to
