DRET AL DESCANS NOCTURN

Els veïns tenen dret a viure sense molèsties que superin allò que és tolerable
d’acord amb les normes existents.


DRET A LA HIGIENE DELS CARRERS

La neteja és un dels aspectes més valorats pel veïnat i pels visitants, per
tant, la qualitat de la neteja i higiene dels carrers és un aspecte de màxima
importància.


DRET A LA SEGURETAT PERSONAL

Seguretat fa referència a un dels valors socials bàsics, i fonamentals:
llibertat , justícia, bé comú, pau, vida, solidaritat i igualtat. El dret a la
seguretat personal ha de fer efectives  les necessitats de protecció.


CURA I CONSERVACIÓ DELS BÉNS PARTICULARS I COMUNS

La mateixa associació ha de tenir cura del seu entorn  i promoure iniciatives
independents orientades a regenerar, mantenir i qualificar barris de la nostra
zona.

L’associació de veïns i veïnes de Figuerola i Bonastruc és una entitat
independent i oberta a tots els veïns i veïnes que desitgen involucrar-se a
treballar per millorar i transformar el barri.

Constituïts legalment l’any 200X, els estatuts són públics i es poden consultar
a través d’aquest mateixa pàgina web.
També es pot descarregar altres arxius d’interès com són les ordenances
municipals que afecten a l’oci nocturn i a la convivència.
