A CARDHOLDER EXCLUSIVE CAPITAL ONE CULINARY EVENT

Capital One is partnering with award-winning chef, TV personality, cookbook
author and philanthropist, Aarón Sánchez, and Ellen Bennett, founder and CEO of
Hedley & Bennett and author of Dream First, Details Later, to take you through a
flavorful virtual dining experience exploring small bites with big flavor. In
this South Beach-inspired event, attendees will be able to cook with Sanchez as
their guide and Bennet as their host.


THE CHEF


AARÓN SÁNCHEZ

Aarón Sánchez is an award-winning chef, TV personality, author and
philanthropist. Along with being the chef/owner of Johnny Sánchez in New
Orleans, and a judge on FOX’s hit culinary competition series MasterChef and
MasterChef Junior, Aarón is the partner/creative director of Cocina, the first
online content platform dedicated to celebrating Latin lifestyle through its
vibrant culinary culture. Aarón grew up in the restaurant business and is
passionate about preserving his family’s legacy through food and encouraging
diversity in the kitchen. A third-generation cookbook author, Aarón has written
two cookbooks - “La Comida del Barrio” and “Simple Food, Big Flavor” as well as
a memoir, “Where I Come From: Life Lessons From A Latino Chef.”


THE HOST


ELLEN BENNETT

Ellen Bennett is the founder and CEO of Hedley & Bennett, a Los Angeles based
apron and kitchen gear brand whose ethos is to give pride and dignity to those
in the kitchen and beyond. A female owned business, Hedley & Bennett has been
featured in Fast Company, Inc. Mag and on the Today Show and MSNBC as an
American success story. The company outfits thousands of restaurants worldwide,
and is also sold in William Sonoma, Sur La Table and Whole foods and can be seen
on Food Network, Bravo, etc. Her new book “Dream First, Details Later” tells the
story of how she started her company and lays the blueprint for how anyone can
quit overthinking and make it happen!

Experience Miami through delicious dishes prepared with a variety of local
flavors in a hands-on cooking session where you will learn to create an
exquisite appetizer and signature snack. Chef Aarón’s recipes will bring
together many of the Cuban, Caribbean, Greek and Pan-Asian flavors of South
Beach and pack them into small bites, reimagining flavor pairings.
