realization of business processes in the domain of our Company’s engagement and

abide by the rules for remote access usage of Croatian Telecom Inc

Company ensures that Company / Subcontractor Company employees are not security
risks and, upon HT’s request, Company will provide HT with any information
reasonably necessary for HT to evaluate security issues relating to Company /
Subcontractor Company employee to access the remote connection or any HT owned
equipment. Company bears responsibility for the consequences should the remote
access be misused. Company will promptly notify HT whenever any Company /
Subcontractor Company employee is no longer engaged on business activities
regulated by the contract or no longer requires Remote Access or contract with
employee / Subcontractor Company is expired or terminated.

Employee of the Company / Subcontractor Company is obliged to use the remote
connection or access any HT owned equipment only for the purposes of transacting
business defined within the valid contract signed by Company and HT. Employee of
the Company / Subcontractor Company found to have misused the remote access or
found acting beyond extent of business activities regulated by the contract may
be subject to an action. Employee of the Company shall keep his own login and
password confidential and must not reveal it to any third party, not even to the
other Company / Subcontractor Company employee.
