FORECLOSURE AND DEBT COLLECTOR DEFENSE LETTERS AND COACHING

My name is Colin Davis. Over the years I have helped hundreds of people defend
against foreclosure and debt collectors with a variety of methods, some quite
complex. These days I keep it simple. I offer personalized letters that you can
send to a bank, servicer or debt collector that will stall their process, often
by years. I also offer personal coaching by phone or Zoom to get you up to speed
on your options if you are being threatened with foreclosure or a lawsuit. I am
not an attorney so I cannot represent you in court or litigate for you, but I
can educate you about your options and help you avoid paths that will waste your
money or make matters worse.

My goal is to help you become clear about your options and to give you legal
tools to slow the process of foreclosure or debt collection. I want you to save
your money and use it for making your next move in life, not throw it away
sending it to lawyers, banks or debt collectors. That said, if you do decide to
hire an attorney later, they will appreciate the work you did with me and you’ll
end up saving money.

Working with me is inexpensive. You can book a coaching call with me for 125
dollars. You can get packages for foreclosure or debt collection which include
multiple letters for 2-300. Then you can hire me to modify or create additional
letters for 100 dollars each in the future. Most people get the hang of it after
one or two coaching calls and a couple letters and then they take it from there.
Many of my clients have stayed in their homes making no payments for several
years (even up to 7 years). Others who have defended against debt collectors
have used my letters as the basis for their own pro se civil cases that they
have won.

A decade ago, there were many novel foreclosure defense strategies that were
being tried, but today many of those doors have been closed by the courts. This
is why I believe that if you cannot get caught up on your debt, rather than
spending your available money trying to catch up or paying attorneys who will
postpone the inevitable for many, many thousands of dollars, why not do it
yourself with a little help, get the same amount of postponement time and save
that money to make your next move in life?
