WHOLESALE SPECIALIST

EMPLEADO PERMANENTE, TIEMPO COMPLETO · BARCELONA

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Wholesale Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, in
order to keep expanding our wholesale channel. Your main goal will be to work
closely with our retailers and find new growth opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

The Wholesale Specialist will report to the Wholesale Manager and work within
the Wholesale Team, on the following tasks until gaining enough autonomy to lead
the department:




 * Help to define a growth strategy for 2023 and execute it.

 * Expand on the existing accounts by selecting new partners in new/existing
   markets.

 * Continue to build long-lasting relationships with key partners.

 * Place our brand in the appropriate trade shows to encourage growth and build
   brand awareness.

 * Coordinate pre-orders and new product launches in wholesale.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE

 * 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to wholesale
   distribution.

 * Preferred educational background in business management and fashion.

 * Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.

 * Experience in negotiating and sourcing new clients.

 * Ability to understand sales metrics and basic financial information.

 * High level of competency working with Google Drive, Sheets, and Slides.

 * Spanish and English: very high level (minimum C1). German or French is a
   plus.

 * Knowledge of the industry and interest in sustainable fashion.

 * Proactive, honest and transparent, with positive energy and desire to work
   with our young team.

 * Excellent verbal/written communication.

 * A people person.

 * Leadership skills.

 * An eye for attention to detail.

 * Flexible with the work schedule.

285.000 trees worldwide.
