Man killed in Lexington crash

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A man has died after being hit by a vehicle in
Lexington.

The Fayette County Coroner has identified the victim as 20-year-old Grayson
Proctor.

Lexington Police say Proctor was hit by a car at around 9:50 PM on Saturday in
the area of Mt. Tabor and Richmond Road. He was taken to UK hospital, where he
was pronounced dead at around midnight.

No charges are expected to be filed, according to officials.



Richmond Road was shut down while a crash reconstruction unit was at the scene.

Police say it re-opened around 2:00 AM on Sunday morning.

Officials are continuing the investigation. We will provide you with updates as
they become available.
