for the co-located 2022 ANCC National Magnet Conference® and the ANCC Pathway to
Excellence Conference®. Hear from inspiring general session speakers, get
hands-on experience with new technologies in the Exhibit Hall, learn tips and
techniques while in concurrent sessions, and let loose at the Welcome Party!
Select a registration category below that suits your needs. There is also a
virtual experience option with robust, but less content than the in-person
conference. ANA members also receive a discount (this does not apply when
registering as a group). Register early and save! Advance registration rates end

Concurrent Sessions

Eight time blocks with 120 concurrent educational sessions to choose from
(choose from several sessions within a time block. Only 20 of all the sessions
will be offered in the virtual component, so it advised not to select any of
those 20, so that you may earn CNE from those when viewing on demand.)

20 pre-selected concurrent educational sessions out of the total 120 sessions
available to in-person attendees.

Posters

16 posters groups with 177 posters to view.

Eight of the 16 poster groups with 85 posters of the 177 to view. For those
attending in-person, viewed posters cannot be claimed twice. The 85 chosen
posters are selected from those posters at the conference.

Total CNE Credit Hours Offered

24 CNE credit hours from the 8 concurrent sessions selected and 20 CNE from
posters viewed (20 CNE can be earned from virtual concurrent sessions as long as
they are not the same sessions attended in-person and none can be earned by
posters) for a total up to 44 CNEs

Up to 28 CNE credit hours.

General Sessions

Four general sessions, including the National Magnet Recognition and Pathway to
Excellence designation celebration.

Three general sessions streamed live, including the National Magnet Recognition
and Pathway to Excellence designation celebration. (Saturday’s general session
will not be offered.)

   Card, Wire, ACH). Paper checks will not be accepted for groups with fewer
   than fifteen in efforts to streamline the registration process. Please reach

 * Checks are not accepted for groups fewer than fifteen. If you are paying by
   wire or ACH, payment in the correct amount MUST be received prior to
   registering for the conference. Once payment has been electronically sent,
   please allow ten business days, and then contact our registration team at
   ancc@mcievents.com or call 1.800.485.2879 to confirm payment has been
   received.

KEY DATES

GROUP REGISTRATION

A minimum of four registrants from the same facility or system must register and
pay at the same time.

 * You may register and pay for TBD attendees and fill in their names by August
   29, 2022.
 * Promo codes do not apply to group registration.
 * Group discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously
   purchased individual registrations.

BALANCE DUE

 * New this year! All payments must be submitted electronically (Debit/Credit

   if payment is not received in 14 days.

SUBSTITUTIONS/TBD

 * All substitutions and TBD updates MUST be completed by August 28, 2022.
 * To make a substitution please contact ANCC registration
   at ancc@mcievents.com or 1.800.485.2879.

ADVANCE PREPARATION FOR ONSITE REGISTRATION

 * Payment issues create delays at registration. If there is an issue, please
   ensure it is resolved before you arrive at the conference.
   Contact ancc@mcievents.com for payment inquires.
 * The email address you registered with is used for your CNE records and gives
   you access to the conference app. Contact ancc@mcievents.com if you need your
   confirmation email resent.
 * If you are part of a group registration, ensure that all group members have
   completed their registration.
 * Make sure that all registration changes, corrections, substitutions, and/or
   TBD updates are completed by August 29, 2022.
 * If you have no pending transactions at registration, please pick up your
   badge at Express Check-in.
 * Finally, print and bring your barcode. It will be emailed to you one week
   before the start of the conference. This barcode will assist with a speedy
   check-in. Please email ancc@mcievents.com if you do not receive a barcode by
   October 6, 2022.

BADGE PICKUP

Badge Pickup Begins Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

 * Registration is open Wednesday, October 12, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 7:00 p.m.
 * Plan to pick up your conference badge and materials on Wednesday for a fast
   and easy registration experience. 
 * Have your Express Check In barcode readily available when checking in. 
 * Don’t forget your mask and proof of vaccination. 
 * The opening program begins Thursday at 9:00 a.m. Don’t miss a minute of this
   exciting day!

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

Deadline for receipt of cancellations: 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 16, 2022. 

 * Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ancc@mcievents.com and should
   include the registration ID number and registrant name(s).
 * Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
 * All full conference cancellations are subject to a $200 administrative fee
   per registrant.
 * Tickets to additional events/meetings, and preconference events
   are nonrefundable.
 * Donations are nonrefundable.
 * Full conference cancellations notice received on or before September 16,
   2022, will receive a refund less the $200 administrative fee.
 * No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 16,
   2022.
 * Promotions/discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously
   purchased individual or group registrations. Limit one special offer/discount
   code per registration.
 * Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
 * Refunds for canceled registrations that have been approved are processed
   within four to six weeks after the close of the conference.
 * Due to processing costs, only overpayments in excess of $35 will be
   considered for refunds. Please ensure that payments include the correct
   dollar amount to avoid overpayment.
 * ANCC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference
   activities due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ANCC, which
   includes, without limitation, computer-related attacks, hacking, earthquakes,
   governmental regulation, fire, flood, labor difficulties, civil disorder,
   public health crisis, or acts of terrorism and acts of God (“Force Majeure
   Events”). In the event the Magnet/Pathway conference is cancelled due to
   Force Majeure Events, ANCC reserves the right to either retain the entire
   registration fee and credit it toward a future ANCC event or reimburse the
   registrant after deducting costs already incurred by ANCC, which could not be
   recovered from third parties.

will apply, and registrations will be accepted pending space availability only.
