     GOOD PLACE BUT NOT TRANSPARENT
     
     This was a very nice place - lovely room, advertised free parking, pool,
     free WiFi, free buffet breakfast. Advertised $149 room rate for all that.
     Pretty good.
     
     However, when I got the receipt for our stay, there was a daily
     Occupancy/Tourism charge of $17.95. So maybe all the “free” stuff wasn’t so
     free.
     
     These types of “resort” fees are illegal in my mind and I’ll be calling
     them. Plus, it’s misleading, since it allows the hotel to look like a
     better deal than other places when they’re really not.
     
     Again, it’s a nice place, but they should be transparent about total daily
     cost rather than hiding it.

     WONDERFUL STAY AND EXPERIENCE
     
     We stayed at the Sheraton as a group and greatly appreciate all the staff
     for welcoming us once more and providing excellent service. The rooms were
     clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the food was good, and we
     had a great experience overall. Also, Ana and Christina in Sales are
     absolutely amazing to work with from beginning to end. We look forward to
     staying here in the future. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

     NICE, BUT SMALL BEDS!
     
     The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and
     wonderful at check in. The only issue we had was the beds were small for 2
     adults. Definitely upgrade to a king if you can!

     BATHROOM LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED
     
     The odd choice of only having half a door for the shower was frustrating.
     No amount of provided towels could prevent the lake which formed in the
     area. There were also some unidentified bugs that came out of the shower
     drain during the first use, but they seemed to have washed back down. They
     weren't seen again during the stay, but we still have no idea what they
     were.

     DO NOT PAY FOR THE FOOD PACKAGE WITH YOUR ROOM!!!
     
     I paid extra for my room to include a special food package. Everyone gets
     breakfast buffet but I paid for much more! When I got there it was pretty
     much Non-Existent and they flat out told me they would NOT accommodate me.
     They would not stock the club lounge with the “healthy snacks” like other
     club lounges and the reservationist told me there would be. No fruit,
     yougurt, trail mix, Pretty much just Doritos and chips!
     No midday snack or “light lunch like sliders” as I was also told there
     would be.
     The evening Hors D’oeuvres were pretty bad- taquerias like from a gas
     station and chefs hot choice chips and salsa!!
     No late night snack at all. Employees told me they haven’t had a room
     attendant or that kind of-food in the club lounge for 7 months….yet they
     are still advertising this on the website and selling it to guests!!
     Save your money don’t buy this rip off that refuse to reimburse me for!
     Better yet stay somewhere else, that appreciates their guests. I won’t be
     back ever, very disappointed in customer service

     CLEAN BUT DATED AND ODD POLICIES
     
     The hotel was clean but there was no microwave in the room and there is an
     odd policy that you can’t have any food or drink not bought from the hotel
     outside of your room. This means no eating or drinking anything but hotel
     food/drinks by the pool or in lounging areas. For us this impacted our
     enjoyment. The fridge was also really small for a suite. It really seemed
     with the lack of microwave and food policy, they were just out to get more
     money from you and thus was not welcoming. The gym and its equipment were
     also very dated. The location was great but we would not stay there again.

     Old, worn out and broken. It’s hard to believe Marriott puts their name on
     such a disaster of a property. Broken elevator for my three day stay,
     broken coffee machine in the lounge for one of my three days, and less than
