WHAT IS THE PRICING MODEL?



To allow for easy budgeting, we charge a flat fee of CHF 19,900 per hire. There
is no upfront commitment to get started.

HOW DO YOU ASSESS TALENT?



There are three steps in our talent assessment process. First, the LinkedIn
profile is reviewed by an expert in the relevant skill area. This is followed by
an interview where we dig into their skills, career goals, values, and
preferences. Those that we think are, or have the potential to be, the best in
their field are then asked to take neuroscience-based, gamified assessments
where over one hundred data points are captured.
