DELIVERED BROKEN.

The ceramic pottery arrived broken 5 pieces. The pottery was carelessly wrapped
in brown paper only. I don't understand why anyone believed wrapping a ceramic
planter in paper was sufficient. There was no protection for the planter at all
in the box (pics attached). This is ridiculous. I definitely want a refund and I
won't waste my time printing a return label or preparing this to be returned. If
I could give less than one star, I would.
