Book your dream vacation with your family on our 42 ft Catamaran Cruiser Aqua
Lodge Houseboat! Your days will be spent cruising on the beautiful lakes of Fort
Loudoun or Tellico, relaxing on the upper or lower deck, watching your kids
use the water slide, paddle boarding with beautiful views surrounding you, and
cuddling up on the couch at night. This is a vacation that has it all with the
ability to have your lodging and entertainment and the ability to cook all in
one place!







THIS BOAT BOASTS 2 STATEROOMS AND A LOFT.

The boat is a 2021, 42ft Aqua Lodge and has a kitchen, two staterooms, an upper
loft, a futon, and a full bathroom. Comfortably sleeping seven, your family will
have a blast spending long days on the water and being rocked to sleep at night
by the lapping waves.


The boat is located on Fort Loudoun Lake in Knoxville, Tennessee and is an easy
boat ride away from beautiful Tellico Lake where you will be surrounded by
beautiful views and peaceful waters and tranquil coves. Fishing, swimming,
cruising, paddleboarding, and just being together will make this vacation one
your family will never forget. A full size generator powers the air conditioning
units and microwave and TV/DVD--and ample hot water is available for showering
and bathing. Did you forget something? Many nearby marinas are available to
restock supplies and be the location for your phoned in Instacart! 


"Anchors Away" as you will be able to Captain this boat. For safety and
insurance reasons, the person responsible for piloting this boat must have a
checkout with owner / trained Captain before taking this boat out. Our boat is
fully equipped with a Garmin GPS to help you get to places you want to go!
