At Epicurean Garage Spirit, we're putting a casual, creative spin on your
favorite comfort foods. Our menu showcases crowd-pleasing classics like crispy
chicken tenders, decadent smash burgers, and BBQ pork. But it also takes
delicious detours with multicultural influences - like the flavors of Spain and
Guatemala brought by Chef Misael. Sink your teeth into the authentic chilaquiles
smothered in salsa roja and queso fresco or the zesty chorizo burrito packed
with rice, beans, and pico de gallo. Garage favorites get an upgrade too, such
as the Nashville hot chicken burrito with pickles and Mexican crema. With
playful mashups, bold spices, and high-quality ingredients, each dish delivers
big, unforgettable tastes. 





SCRATCH-MADE PASTRY DELIGHTS

No visit to Epicurean Garage Spirit is complete without treating yourself to one
(or more!) of our decadent, scratch-made pastries. Our on-site pâtissier,
Raquel, handcrafts each sweet creation from the finest ingredients. Prepare to
be tempted by classics like warm, gooey cinnamon-sugar churros and old-fashioned
donuts in flavors like apple cider, chocolate, and sour cream. But save room for
our signature specialties too, like the melt-in-your-mouth mango crostata
drizzled with caramel sauce or the Jewish apple cake with its moist crumb and
honey glaze. Whether you're fueling up for the day with a coffee and pastry or
satisfying a craving for an anytime treat, these baked indulgences are sure to
have you savoring every delicious bite. Made fresh daily in limited batches!

At Epicurean Garage Spirit, we take our coffee seriously. That's why we've
partnered with the acclaimed local roasters at Hobo Ed to bring you exceptional
coffee experiences. From the first whiff of the richly aromatic beans to the
last sip of your perfectly crafted beverage, you'll savor the incredible flavors
that can only come from expert roasting and brewing methods. Whether you're
craving a smooth drip coffee, a velvety latte, an invigorating cold brew, or an
indulgent mocha, our baristas meticulously prepare each handcrafted coffee drink
to order. We're passionate about sourcing the finest beans and treating them
with the utmost care and respect to extract the most delicious notes. Stop in
and let our coffee recharge your day.






OUR STORY



Epicurean Garage Spirit brings the spirit of the popular Epicurean Garage
restaurant in the Village of Eagle to a quick-service casual format at the
crossroads of Anselma (Rt 401 & Rt 113). The menu includes Garage favorites and
Spanish flavors from Chef Misael’s Guatemalan heritage. Local favorite coffee
roaster, Hobo Ed, anchors the coffee shop element. The addition of an on-site
patisserie, Raquel, brings tasty baked treats to go with the menus or for
special orders.

The quick service casual food and drink menus are all provided in take-out
containers for eat-in or to-go. The inside dining room features a quaint 40-seat
cafe format with an 18-foot old-school shuffleboard table. The outdoor space
provides for seasonal enjoyment including: an outdoor stage for live music,
outdoor games, and seating.

Garage Spirit is part of the Epicurean Garage group, which includes the
restaurant location in Eagle where the all neurodivergent staffed Kindness Cafe
is hosted, food trucks and catering, and The Epicurean Club at The Historic
Flowing Springs Inn.

This little local hospitality group, in partnership with Autism Village
Foundation 501c3, has at its core the social mission of the creation of jobs and
vocational paths in hospitality for local young adults and adults who are
neurodivergent, for example, those with autism. When you choose a Garage-branded
location, you are choosing to support our neighbor's families who are living
with special needs in addition to enjoying some honest eats.

I am so excited about this new place! Hobo Ed’s coffee is hands down the best
coffee around, I’m so excited it will be used at this now location. The
renovation work they have done inside is beautiful and all the food I have had
it packed with flavor. I highly recommend checking them out!
