PCF TO CONTINUE ACQUISITION PUSH FOLLOWING FINANCING DEAL

Acquisitive brokerage PCF Insurance Services will continue with its growth
strategy following the $500 million equity investment it announced Friday, but
the pace of deals may slow, its top executives said.
