Beautiful & perfect
I absolutely adore my Poster and Paw portrait of my beautiful boy Luis.
He passed away 4 weeks ago and I'm so heartbroken 💔

When I opened my portrait I was overcome with emotion, it was a perfect portrait
of my George.It was so beautiful, so much better than I thought it would ever
be. I place George on my wall and my cat immediately went and sat under his best
friend, I honestly think he thought it was George...more tears.

Best Christmas Gift
I ordered a Poster and Paw watercolour portrait of my mum’s dog, Nessie as a
Christmas present for her.
Being a mostly black dog, it’s difficult to get a good photo of Nessie showing
all her features. I was so thrilled with the artwork that Poster and Paw did,
they managed to draw out Nessie’s expression and did such a beautiful job with
the portrait.
My mum absolutely loves the gift and Nessie is very impressed too, and thinks
she is a film star now that her picture is hanging on the wall!
Poster and Paw made the whole process very easy , the proof came through quickly
even thought I ordered at a busy time during the Black Friday Sales.
I loved their service and product so much that I also ordered a portrait of my
brothers dog for Christmas , and again the service and delivery was exceptional.
Can’t wait to arrange portraits now of my own 2 fur babies!

Wonderful Gift
I ordered a Poster and Paw portrait of my brothers dog Harley, mid December ,
not expecting it to arrive before Christmas. I was so wonderfully surprised and
impressed with the customer service team at Poster and Paw, not only did they go
the extra mile to have the proof ready for me, but the poster was printed,
frames and delivered in time for Christmas.
My brother and niece just love Harley’s portrait , it captures her beautiful
eyes and expression perfectly and was a great Christmas gift.

What does Poster & Paw do?
At Poster & Paw, we offer our customers unique pet portraits in seven different
styles. Our illustrators draw your pet in a tasteful way that makes your poster
unique to you and your pet. Our vision is that a pet portrait from Poster & Paw
is something that can be hung on every wall in every animal lover's home.
How does your service work?
It is super easy! You just upload your photo to us and our talented illustrators
will make a unique and beautiful illustration of your pet!
3 simple steps
1) Choose the style and size you like.
2) Write your text (name or similar according to your wishes).
3) Upload a photo of your pet and complete your order.
Our artist draws the illustration based on your photo (usually within 3 days).
Then we'll send you a preview of the illustration via email. If you'd like, you
can request adjustments to be made before we print and frame your portrait.
If (for any reason) you are not satisfied with the illustration, we will give
you a full refund. You can get in touch with us at hello@posterandpaw.com.au

How long before I get my illustration?
Depending on the complexity of your illustration and Australia Post delivery
time, it generally takes around 10 working days for you to receive your
illustration, it could be longer in peak times.
OUR PRODUCTS
Can you illustrate all my pets together?
Yes, we can illustrate your whole fur family in one illustration, just choose to
add additional pets in the dropdown below the frames on the order pages. You
don't even need them to be in one photo :) If you have more than 4 please
contact us.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer A4 (210x297mm), A3 (297x420mm), A2 (420x594mm) and A1
(594x841mm). Are you looking for a different size? Get in touch with us via chat
or hello@posterandpaw.com.au will do everything to meet your wishes!
What ink and paper are you using?
We cooperate with an Australian local printing company, which means that we can
offer environmentally friendly ink and paper. The paper is of high quality -
thick and durable matt paper with a weight of 250gsm. This means that all our
posters have deep colours that last for many years.
Your poster (and frame) is delivered in sturdy packaging that protects the
poster.
What frames are you using?
Using our sleek, lightweight frames, your portrait will not sag, fray or tear
and your image will continue to look good for years to come. There is no glass
and no reflections which show off your images to the max. The portrait sits
snuggly up to the rim so your images won’t be obscured by the frame.
Hanging is a cinch with these lightweight, low profile aluminium frames.
Available in 3 colours (natural anodised, white or black), the frames are 28mm
deep with a 2mm edge around the image.
What animals can you illustrate?
We illustrate dogs, cats, horses, rabbits - Whatever you want really!
Do I have to write text on my poster?
You can choose to write you pets name on the portrait and some additional text
like their date of birth, it's entirely up to you. If you do not want to write
anything, simply leave the text fields blank. Your poster will be at least as
nice without any text!
I can not find the product I want
If you do not find the product you are looking for (e.g. style or color), we are
more than happy to accept suggestions/requests from you. Get in touch with us
via the chat or via hello@posterandpaw.com.au will try to meet your wishes as
best we can!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can find it in the menu under "Gift cards". The gift card is delivered
via email.
How much does it cost for a portrait

PREVIEW
Do I get to check my illustration?
Yes, we'll send you a preview before we print usually in 2-3 business days
When do I get the preview?
It usually takes our illustrator 2-3 days to make the portrait (more in peak
times). We will notify you via email when the preview is ready and you will have
an opportunity to approve it or request changes.
If you have not received your preview by 3 working days please check your
junk/spam mail.
Can I change my photo after I have the preview
Yes, we can do a new illustration from a new photo for an additional $30.00.

Can I try a different style illustration?
Yes you can, we can do a new illustration of a different style for an additional
$30.00. Please contact us on hello@posterandpaw.com.au.
PAYMENT
What payment options do you offer?
We offer credit cart payment including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Afterpay and
Paypal
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 3-5 working days metro areas (excluding WA) and 5-10
working days for areas outside metropolitan areas and WA. You'll receive the
tracking code when your order is shipped.
Do you offer free deliveries?
Yes, we do!! In fact, deliveries are free Australia wide with Australia Post.
If you are in a hurry we have an option for express delivery which is 1-2
working days in most metropolitan areas.
RETURNS
What happens if I'm not happy with my poster?
100% Happiness Guarantee.
For us at Poster & Paw, the most important thing is that our customers and their
fur kids are happy. We try to be as accommodating as possible to find a solution
that you feel satisfied with. We offer refunds if you have not been satisfied
for any reason.
If you have questions about returns or issues, you are more than welcome to
contact us via hello@posterandpaw.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as
we can.
My parcel arrived damaged what do I do?
All parcels are insured so if your parcel including prints and frames arrive
damaged please send us a photo of the damaged products and the outside parcel
with your order number and we will send a replacement out to you as soon
possible. Please email hello@posterandpaw.com.au.
