You can still call us anytime Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We can help you
quicker when we are less busy, which is usually between 2pm and 6pm.

If you are having trouble getting into Online Banking or the Metro Bank App, you
can call during these hours:

 * Monday to Friday from 8am to 9am, and from 6pm to 8pm
 * Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8am to 8pm

We know some of our customers may need extra help to continue with their
day-to-day banking. If this applies to you, please call us during these hours,
and our colleagues will support you however they can.

If you’re concerned about making your payments or you account is in arrears,
