2021 OLMA OPERATIONAL PROGRAMS AND COMPENSATION




Welcome to the 2021 edition of the OLMA Operational Programs and Compensation
Survey. 

Survey Information

There are two parts to the data submission: 

 * Operations and human resources practices 

 * Salary Submission - a link to the Salary Submission template can be found
   below.  Please download this template to your computer hard drive to complete
   the required information.  Your submission involves matching each employee to
   a job from the OLMA Job Details list and providing salary and job
   information. Employee identification information should not be part of this
   submission (i.e. name, employee ID).  You will be asked to upload this file
   to our secure server.
