CAN I PROCESS PAYROLL IN FIAT AND CRYPTO?

Yes. Rise has both a fiat as well as a crypto infrastructure. Our solution
enables automated routing between fiat and crypto.

I ONLY HAVE FIAT, CAN MY TEAM GET PAID IN CRYPTO?

Yes. Rise customers with treasury in fiat currencies (on a bank account) can
enable their teams to get paid in cryptocurrencies. Payments are made in
stablecoins (non-volatile cryptocurrencies). If payees want, they can swap their
stablecoins for 100 different cryptocurrencies after getting paid.

I ONLY HAVE CRYPTO, CAN MY TEAM GET PAID IN FIAT?

Yes. Rise customers with treasury in crypto currencies can enable their teams to
get paid in their local and preferred fiat currencies (via bank transfers). We
currently offer bank transfer in 90 different countries.

HOW MUCH DOES RISE COST?

We currently have two models customers can choose from. Either a fixed fee per
paid team member per month, or a commission on the payment volume processed
through our system.

IS RISE COMPLIANT?

Rise is fully compliant. We're a registered Money Services Business with FinCen.
Additionally, the professional agreements we generate for customers and their
team members have been crafted by our HR & Employee legal experts.
