I'm Ro,  I am a trained trauma-informed practice professional trainer, coach,
and business mentor with over 18 years of experience. I help businesses and
Individuals find greater fulfilment in their lives, careers and meaningful
relationships. I am a radical Feminist running a female-focused company. I am a
lesbian, an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.

Coaching is a collaborative, often intense, and ultimately rewarding process so
it's crucial that you choose a coach that can bring out your best! I use a
highly personalised, organic approach to help my clients achieve the results
they want. We'll work together to determine your best way forward,  based on
what's important to you. I'll listen to you, challenge and encourage you.

I am passionate and successful in helping clients overcome life blocks,
emotional pain and trauma to build rewarding lives, relationships and careers. I
became Certification as an Executive Coach and transitioned to Coaching in order
to use my vast experience and knowledge of behaviour, perception, motivation and
successful change to work with those who know that now is the time to achieve
greater levels of happiness and meaning in their lives.

My approach appeals to those who are courageous, direct, professional,
thoughtful, intelligent and open-minded and who place a high priority on
self-awareness, emotional honesty, personal responsibility and nurturing
meaningful relationships.

Clients who work with me report feeling empowered, energised, happier and more
fulfilled than they believed was possible. Clients make significant advancements
in their careers, businesses, and report greater emotional and financial
satisfaction. Clients learn to resolve conflicts, improve the quality of their
communication, rebuild trust, and find greater fulfilment and intimacy.
