The Contract

The contract is a risk averse trading contract. This position will trade based
on 1/day, 4/hr and 1/hr confirmed THOR signals. This is a spot trading contract,
meaning that no leverage will be applied and that you will be buying and selling
SOL with the USDC amount you pledge to the contract. The maximum time a contract
can stay active is 90 days.

This position operates by scaling into calls. Please note, that you will be
"buying the dip", or "selling the pump" in phases and incrementally. This
contract is designed for long term management of your funds.

Additional Informations

- Each time you open a position it will cost $KIRA.

- Contracts are opened using a combination of $USDC and $SOL to match the
current contract state. Each time you open, close or renew a position there will
be a $5 fee that you can pay by either $USDC or $KIRA.

- Please note, you are using a small aspect of THOR, which is a risk management
trading tool. These contracts will swap between USDC and SOL. These contracts
assume that you have a bullish sentiment on the base asset you are trading,
which at this time is SOLANA. Your USDC value will fluctuate as it scales in or
out of validated calls.

- THOR will only activate a trade on confirmed signals. Sometimes it will not
make a move for days until a signal is confirmed, at which point it will make a
trade on your behalf, either buying or selling SOLANA from your pledged USDC.

- There is a % fee on all of the gains from your original USDC. If you don't
win, neither do we.

- Using this contract requires you to swap using DEX's. Every time you swap
using a DEX it takes a .002%-.5% fee. We have maximized our code to seek out the
best available cost for swaps at the time.

- Contracts will be closed automatically if not renewed for the next cycle.
