He will be responsible for growing LAN’s business in Austin and central Texas, enhancing the firm’s profile with municipal and local agencies in the region, and serving as an advisor for municipal transportation projects nationwide. Goode is a veteran executive with 37 years of city, county, and private sector experience. He has directed transportation and infrastructure planning departments at large entities such as the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA), City of Austin, City of Fort Worth, Travis County and City of Olympia, Wash. These include developing the City of Austin’s mobility bond programs, developing the City of Fort Worth’s first mobility and air quality master plan, and leading Travis County’s $184 million capital improvement bond program in 2000.
