There's something special about cooking your own delicious meal and then sitting
down and nourishing yourself with it. It's a complete sensory experience and a

I’m often asked to share my recipes – people love the food so much that they
want to be able to recreate the experience for themselves at home! This is where

Pear galette recipe is now live on my Substack! Embrace the delicate nature of
this recipe. Share this pear galette with someone special and revel in the
spiced sweetness of the pear and the comforting warmth of ginger and clove. I
love the challenge of creating gluten-free recipes that are so good that they
make you question the recipe. This skill has been slowly cultivated through
cooking for guests with dietary requirements during retreats, as I want them to
have the best experience possible with my recipes. I’m filled with immense
gratitude, and I sincerely hope these recipes bring you as much joy as they
bring me! Your support for my work means everything to me. Thank you so much for
joining the Rustic Rishi recipe club.

These flavours kept coming to me, dancing around in my mind for days. I took
this to the kitchen, made a mess, and came out with this recipe as the end
product. I love this dish. It is rich, creamy, filled with plant protein, a
little sweet, and goddam delicious. Recipe is now live on my Substack.

Black eye pea dal + curry leaf chutney. Recipe is now live on my Substack. Link
in bio. 🌿 Our cherished friend, Pandit Baskaran, has graced us with his
presence all the way from Chennai, India. Amidst the serene surroundings of
@devaloka_noosa , we’ve been savouring uncomplicated meals and indulging in
copious amounts of chai. During his stay at @devaloka_noosa , our abode, Pandit
Ji suggested harvesting the bountiful curry leaves flourishing in our garden to
concoct a vibrant green sauce to complement the dals I’ve been preparing.
Delightfully, I can report that this experiment turned out to be a burst of
flavour, a true sensation for the taste buds. If you can access fresh curry
leaves, I recommend crafting this additional recipe alongside the delicious dal
recipe to elevate your dining experience. #goodfood #healthyfood #foodporn

Fun fact: beneath the tropical canopy, papaya leaf stems aren’t just there to
support those delicious fruits; they're secretly nature's own biodegradable
straws! Forget conventional straws; let nature take the lead. Embrace the green
sip and be an eco-conscious sipper. Just slice a papaya stem off the plant and
cut it to size, it’s that simple.
