A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT


TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

 

A brief note to let you know that GRAFTEL is committed supporting your
calibration and testing needs through these challenging times. We are closely
monitoring the evolving situation concerning COVID-19, and are working to ensure
that our services continue without disruption. In response to the restrictions
outlined in the State of Illinois Executive Order 2020-10 (COVID-19 EXECUTIVE
ORDER NO. 8) Graftel, LLC will continue operations to provide essential services
for critical product supply chains.

 

As always, our number one priority is the safety of our employees and
customers. To ensure that we provide the safest environment possible we have
implemented the following at our laboratories:

 

·     CDC guidelines are being followed including disinfecting high-touch areas
and social distancing between employees. 

·     Customer devices that we receive for testing and/or calibration are being
treated as high-touch areas and being disinfected throughout the process. 

·     In-person meetings (internal and external) have been moved to remote
online platforms.

·     All customer/vendor visitations to our lab are effectively restricted
until the COVID-19 situation is resolved.
