HOW DOES THE SCHOOL SECURITY FIRST SYSTEM OF ALERTING AND RESPONDING TO A SCHOOL
EMERGENCY WORK?

Once your school has purchased the plan of their choice, our App allows any
school staff member the capability to activate one of the 8 available emergency
alerts. With a simple click of a button, every person on campus and the police
who have the School Security First App will be notified as to the type and exact
location of the emergency. With a second click of a button, the police are also
notified as to the type of emergency and location. This all happens in under six
seconds. The App continues to work in real time so if a location or emergency
changes, any school member personnel can update this information with just one
click. Knowing this information can help everyone take the necessary precautions
in order to save lives.

Once the authorities have defused the situation, a designated staff member will
press the “All Clear” icon where everyone, including parents, will be notified
the emergency is over. A GPS activation system built into the APP automatically
turns on the student's phone so parents can locate their child within 5 feet of
their location.  Parents are only notified once the "All Clear" button has been
activated

WE AT SCHOOL SECURITY FIRST HOPE THIS APP WILL NEVER BE ACTIVATED. BUT IF IT
DOES, WE BELIEVE IT WILL HELP SAVE LIVES.

By knowing the exact location of the emergency at all times decreases confusion
and allows people to determine the best way to exit safely or stay safe. With
School Security First, the ability to notify 911 and potential victims within 6
seconds is critical. The difference between minutes and seconds will help in
saving lives.

ON AVERAGE:

 * There is a school shooting every 8 school days
 * The attacks lasts 8 minutes.
 * Someone is shot every 60 seconds.


EVERY 8 SCHOOL DAYS:

 * 2023 - 38 school shootings resulting in 63 people killed or injured. 
 * 2022 - 51 school shootings resulting in 140 people killed or injured.
