HIGH HOLIDAY INFORMATION CARD REQUEST

Federation would love to share an information card with your congregation during
the High Holiday season. If you would consider inserting these in your machzorim
(High Holiday prayer books) or distributing them another way, please fill out
the request form below by August 24th.  Additionally, if you are interested in a
decorative box of PJ Library and PJ Our Way holiday books to keep kids engaged
during holiday services and programs, we are happy to provide one to you! Please
indicate your interest on the request form.
Federation will have these available for pick up as early as September 6th.
Distribution will take place between September 6th – 8th.
