of grain trading throughout the world. Louis Dreyfus has since expanded its
expertise to a wide variety of commodities and participates in various

Today, Louis Dreyfus consists of a holding company with actively managed

the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board oversees and advises the Management Board in the
performance of its tasks and Louis Dreyfus group strategy and reviews and
approves the financial statements of Louis Dreyfus Holding B.V.

There are 9 members of the Supervisory Board of Louis Dreyfus Holding B.V. and
the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board is Margarita Louis-Dreyfus.

The Management Board is responsible for the day-to-day management of Louis
Dreyfus Holding B.V. There are two Managing Directors which comprise the
Management Board.
