Project Description:

This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining proposals to provide services to
Trillium Health Partners (THP) in respect of certain medical equipment that will
meet defined technical specifications for a period of 15 years, and possibly up
to 25. Services related to the managed equipment will include, among other
things; financing, procuring, delivery, installation and commissioning,
coordinating turnkey works as required, maintenance, ongoing training, managing
all safety requirements, decommissioning and disposal, asset management,
replacing equipment to stay current with the latest technologies and practices,
and achieving uptime and performance targets established and set out in a
Managed Equipment Services (MES) agreement.

The services will be required for managed equipment included in scope of this
RFP and will apply across all 3 THP sites, including the new Peter Gilgan
Mississauga Hospital planned for development as part of Trillium HealthWorks
(https://trilliumhealthworks.ca/), in the following program areas:

• Diagnostic Imaging
• Anesthesia • Cardiac Equipment including Cath Lab, Cardiac Surgery, and Other
Cardiac Equipment • Operating Room
• Monitors • Respiratory • Women’s and Children

Managed equipment services are to be delivered in accordance with an annual
service payment arrangement for the term of the MES agreement, subject to
indexation
