ONLINE BANKING TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause— we know how much you rely on
our digital services to manage your money. All payments will continue, and you
can use your debit and credit cards in ATMs, while shopping online and in-store,
as normal.

You can still use our telephone banking service to check your balance and recent
transactions, and to make payments from your Co-operative Bank accounts. You can
access it by calling 03457 212 212 (call charges apply):

 • Our automated telephone banking service is available 24/7
 • Our Customer Service Team is available from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and
Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm.

Your eligible deposits held by a UK establishment of The Co-operative Bank plc
are protected up to a total of £85,000 by the Financial Services Compensation
Scheme, the UK's deposit guarantee scheme. This limit is applied to the total of
any deposits you have with the following: The Co-operative Bank, Britannia and
smile. Any total deposits you hold above the limit between these brands are
unlikely to be covered.
