payment. Additional transaction fees vary depending on the country your client

Is the payment process secure?

Yes. We use Stripe as a payment gateways to ensure that all transactions are

Is this really worth trying?

We think it is! If you can win one client by charging the right price, a client
that you would have otherwise lost, then instaprice is a worth it.

Where are you getting the prices from?

From 2 sources: 1. we get data from a pool of publicly available US-based
platforms. 2. We add more services based on our user's suggestions. Our scripts
calculate median values and conversion rates weekly. This makes our prices
evolve and more accurate over time.

Can my clients use instaprice?

Yes they can. They won't need an account to pay you.

What’s next on the roadmap?

Our goal is to build the best pricing model in the world, to provide accurate
estimations for any type of services. We’re working on an API for that. We are
also making the quote and proposal generation better too.

Instaprice doesn’t seem to have X feature, when are you going to build it?

Tell us more about it on the “?” feedback button once you’re logged in. We take
feature requests seriously. We’re sharing previews of what we’re working on in
the Discord server.

I have a problem with my password / account, can you help?

You can change your password and email from the settings button on the app. If
you signed up via Google or Twitter, you'll have to change your passwords there.
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password" on the login page. For any
other request, let us know at help@instaprice.app

How can I cancel my plan?

If you're a PRO user, after you log in, go to “Settings” and press “Manage
subscription”. From your billing dashboard, you’ll be able to cancel your plan.
This is not available to lifetime access users.
