The survey is being delivered via a platform developed by us at Culture Amp on a
secure external website.

Results may be reported using demographic information that is tracked with your
survey response. This information is collected via optional questions asked in
the survey and/or via data provided by Vista Outdoor Inc (e.g. Race_Ethnicity,
Pay_Type, and Length_of_Service). Results will only be reported where there are
5 or more submitted responses within any demographic group (or combinations of
demographic groups).



Please note that certain surveys launched by Vista Outdoor Inc may ask questions
about your COVID-19 vaccination status. These survey questions are aimed at
informing decisions around company policies (with regard to COVID-19
vaccinations) as well as employee engagement with regard to COVID-19
vaccinations.


Indirect identification protections have been configured for this survey so that
demographic groups with fewer than 5 submitted responses may be indirectly
identifiable when group sizes are greater than one.

Some survey questions request that you provide comments. Note that your comments
will appear exactly as you type them, however they will only appear where there
are 5 or more submitted responses in a group (or combination of demographics
groups). Your comments may be translated into other languages via translation
services carried out by an external provider. You acknowledge that Culture Amp
cannot guarantee and accepts no liability for the accuracy, quality or
reliability of any translated comments.
