 * Changes to British Columbia Medical Services Plan (MSP) premiums
 * Benefits Basic Life Insurance Premium Increase

 * Annual DB Pension statements will be available online on My Pension and
   Benefits Portal on June 16, 2020.
   
   The pension statements are also scheduled to be mailed to your home address,
   however, due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and potential for
   mailing disruptions, the mailing may be postponed. We will provide an update
   as soon as it is available.
   
   In the meantime, please check that you are able to access to My Pension and
   Benefits Portal. Once logged-in, you are able to review and, if necessary,
   update the address we have on file for you. You can also view your latest DB
   Pension Statement. If you have any issues accessing the portal please contact
   the Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC) at 1-800-545-2555 or email
   hrscpensions@rbc.com.

MY PENSION AND BENEFITS PORTAL

This site gives you easy access to your defined benefit pension plan
information. You can view your annual defined benefit pension plan statements,
update your address online, and more. Visit My Pension and Benefits Portal and
enter the same Log In information you used to access your DB pension portal as
an active member to get started. If you can’t remember your log in information,
just follow the online prompts.
