that cause harm. Both TPE and silicone are durable, soft, and totally safe, so

WHAT KIND OF LUBE SHOULD I USE WITH MY LOVE DOLL?
You should only use water-based lubricant on your toy or doll. Any other
lubricant could breakdown the material of the product and shorten its life. For
your best experience, and for the care of your doll or toy, we do not recommend
using the products without lubricant.
IS CLIENT INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL?

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES? WHEN IS THE ORDER DELIVERED?
Shipping is free for deliveries within the United States. If you are situated
outside the U.S., please contact us to know more about shipping rates. The fees
are nominal and depending on where the doll will be shipped. It takes about 5 to
7 days for an order to be delivered, but based on your location or any severe
weather it might take longer. We do our best to adhere to stipulated deadlines,
avoid delays, and ship your order as soon as possible.
CAN A CUSTOMER PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
Yes, there are two ways to purchase a doll through installments. First, you

Secondly, we offer layaway plans. Depending on the size of your purchase we can
offer a multi-payment plan over the course of two months. Once all the payments
are complete we would process your order and the production team would begin
crafting your doll. Please contact us directly to set up a layaway plan or for
further details.
CAN YOU ISSUE A REFUND? IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
Due to health and hygiene reasons, since we sell intimate adult products, we are
unable to offer an exchange or refund or accept returns under any circumstances.
As per our policy, cancelling an order after 24 hours will have a 20%
cancellation fee. And cancelling 72 hours after your order will have a 30%
cancellation fee. Please also be aware that highly customized dolls cannot be
cancelled.
CAN THE SHIPMENTS BE DIRECTED TO A P.O. BOX?
We use third party carriers for shipments (including FedEx and DHL), which is
why it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box. However, there are arrangements
where the carrier can detain your package at a nearby store or shipping hub and
you can pick it up from there. We can provide the names of carriers associated
with us so you can discuss alternate delivery options.
I MAY BE OUT OF TOWN ON THE DAY MY PACKAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. HOW DO I
MAKE ARRANGEMENTS?
Once your love doll is shipped with an assigned tracking number you can simply
contact the shipper (FedEx) with your tracking number and make arrangements for
the carrier to hold your package at a nearby store or shipping hub where you can
then obtain your package.
CAN YOU CREATE A COMPLETELY CUSTOM LOVE DOLL?
Of course! If you aren't able to create a doll to your liking in our design your
CUSTOM SEX DOLL section then we can work with you to create a custom sex doll

and pictures of what you would like to create and your budget. Original dolls
built from scratch cost upwards of $5-10K depending on the size, material and
