Flavio started at Holland as an Aluminum Mig Welder moved onto the Fabrication
side and, is now the team lead in the HEBU shop. In his free time he enjoys
looking for craft artisan beer and, traveling with his wife of 22 years Lina and
15 year old daughter, Mila.

Congratulations to Melvin on his 15 year anniversary at Holland! Melvin came to
Holland after his service with the USAF as an Aircraft Electrical &
Environmental Specialist. Since then, he has traveled globally training
customers on how to improve & maintain their railway infrastructure with Holland
Technology. He is currently a Field Service Manger for HEBU.
