Webinars & Professional Training

We offer professional training webinars for reporters of all types.  Our topics
range from areas of general interest such as how to choose the best computers,
to very specialized content such as CAT software training.  No matter what the
subject, they are all state-of-the-art events that allow you to learn and to
earn CEU points while you relax in the comfort of your home or office.

Our staff of presenters and instructors have extensive reporting experience and
technological expertise, have presented hundreds of seminars, and have helped
countless reporters achieve their professional goals. 

Our training webinars are both informative and convenient.  Not only are we more
experienced, we know that reporting professionals work long hours and deal with
unpredictable schedules; so we make it possible for virtually everyone to attend
by offering both the live event and the recording of that event.  Our clients
can view one or the other; they can even do both. 

 

Support

We have a team of knowledgeable technicians available to help you with virtually
any technical problem. Technology can be challenging and confusing, and court
reporters are often hard pressed to protect their computers from the threats of
viruses and spyware. To keep you in business and on the job, we offer a wide
range of hardware-support services, including new-computer setup, repair
services, troubleshooting, and upgrades.  We also offer remote diagnostics and
can make some repairs over the Internet!
