YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH WEBSITE



MyBlue gives you access to a variety of health and wellness resources. Watch our
video to see everything MyBlue offers and how it can help you get more out of
your coverage.

Signing up is easy. Have your member ID card ready and go
to www.fepblue.org/signup. Follow the prompts to register and create your
username and password. Then you can log in 24/7 at www.fepblue.org/myblue.

EARN INCENTIVES AND REWARDS

We reward you for taking charge of your health. 


STANDARD AND BASIC OPTION MEMBERS CAN EARN UP TO $170 WITH OUR WELLNESS
INCENTIVE PROGRAM*.

 * Earn $50 when you take the Blue Health Assessment (BHA)
 * Earn up to an additional $120 when you complete three eligible goals with the
   Online Health Coach

 

The rewards you earn are deposited on your MyBlue Wellness Card, a debit card
that can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses, such as doctor's office
copays, prescriptions, lab fees and more. You'll get your card after the first
time you complete the BHA. You can check the balance of your card at any time
through MyBlue or the fepblue app. Make sure to hold on to your card from year
to year because the funds don't expire as long as you stay a member of the
Service Benefit Plan.




FEP BLUE FOCUS MEMBERS CAN EARN REWARDS FOR GETTING THEIR ANNUAL CHECKUP WITH
OUR ROUTINE ANNUAL PHYSICAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM.**

 * Choose from rewards such as a free 4-month gym membership, meal kit delivery
   service, a Fitbit® and more.



* You must be 18 or older and the contract holder or spouse on a Standard or
Basic Option plan to earn this reward.

** You must be 18 or older and the contract holder or spouse on an FEP Blue
Focus plan to earn this reward.


WELLNESS RESOURCES & TOOLS



You get access to our easy-to-use health tools including the 24/7 Nurse Line,
Online Symptom Checker and your Personal Health Record (PHR). Your PHR keeps
track of your health data in one place - we update your information
automatically with claims submitted by you or on your behalf.

MyBlue also helps you get the most out of the fepblue app. Log in with your
username and password to access your personal healthcare information on the go,
including your benefits, out-of-pocket costs, deductibles (if applicable) and
physician visit limits.

CLAIMS, COSTS AND BENEFITS

MyBlue Customer eService is your source to access your claims, view your
Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and review a summary of your healthcare finances
in your Financial Dashboard.

PHARMACY PROGRAMS



Service Benefit Plan members have access to a retail pharmacy network of more
than 57,000 Preferred pharmacies.

Through the Mail Service Pharmacy, Basic Option members with Medicare Part B
primary and Standard Option members can have medicine shipped straight to their
door and refill prescriptions online. 

The Discount Drug Program is available for specific medicines not covered under
the regular prescription medicine benefit.
