WELCOME

I’m a freelance video editor and co-founder of the digital post house,
Untangled. I have a passion for uncovering untold, often complex stories and
moulding them into coherent narratives. This portfolio is where you will find
all of my latest work and below are some of my favourite selects. You can also
use the top navigation bar to view all of my projects by genre.


 


 * ABOUT ME
   
   
   In recent years I’ve focussed on long form documentaries, web series and
   short form branded content. I was delighted to receive a BAFTA nomination
   this year for “Keyboard Fantasies”, a feature length documentary that tells
   the story of a time-travelling, transgender musical genius emerging from
   years in isolation to an enraptured crowd, and finally finding his place in
   the world. You can find out where the film is screening here.
   
   I’ve recently finished three other features; the first is “Medicine Man”
   which follows a British-born Amazonian cowboy on an unwavering mission to
   resolve the US healthcare crisis. The second is “The Three Michaels”, a
   touching and unique portrait of three Michael Jackson impersonators searching
   for fame and fortune in Los Angeles. The third is “Take Your Shot”, which
   offers unparalleled access to world leading esports organisation Fnatic.
   
   As well as documentaries I regularly work with clients including The BBC, The
   Guardian, Wired, Vogue and BuzzFeed, as well as charities such as Cancer
   Research UK, La Differénce, The ITF and The IRC.
   
   


 * SKILL SET
   
   
   I’m competent in the Adobe CC suite, editing in Premiere Pro and designing
   motion graphics and visual effects in After Effects. I’m also comfortable
   with sound design, sound mixing and colour correction.
   
   I have a full edit suite at my studio in Brockley as well as a portable setup
   that I can use from any location.
