Consider personalized metal signs. These custom metal signs are made of
rust-free aluminum and a reinforced plastic core. And with fade-resistant ink
and brushed metal or coated white aluminum, your sign is built to last – whether
you use it for building or directional signage or even branding your store.

you’ve found a favorite, make it yours by adding custom touches and choosing the
options that work best for you. After that, we’ll take care of the rest –

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does the metal sign material weigh?

It weighs 4,844 grams per square meter (gsm). Our 12" x 18" is 1.5 lbs, while
our 24" x 36" size (our largest) weighs 6 lbs.

Can I print on both sides of my aluminum sign? What about ordering a custom
size?

At this time we only have one-sided printing, without the option of ordering a
custom size.

What size wall clamps should I buy? And how many should I use?

For 3" metal signs, use the 3.15" option. For signs that are 5" to 12", use the
4.72" option. For signs larger than 12", use the 15" clamps. Wall clamps come in
packs of 2 and we recommend using 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom of your sign.

How will wall clamps affect my custom metal sign design?

The grooves for wall clamps are .44" from the edge of the sign, so it's wise to
make sure that design elements are .44" from the top and bottom edges.

How should I attach my wall clamps to the wall?

We'll provide you instructions to help you with this process. The clamps come
with locator washers, and these washers unlock from the clamps themselves. Use
the template included in the instructions to learn where to screw the washers
into the wall. Once they're in place, you can attach the sign (with the clamps
in place) to the washers. Tighten the washers and you'll be all set

How many drilled holes will my metal signs come with? How big are they?

Our 2 largest sizes, 18" x 27" and 24" x 36", will come with 6 holes. (1 in each
corner and 2 in the middle). Our smaller 6 sizes come with 4 (1 in each corner).
The middle of each hole is 5/8" from the edge of the sign and the diameter is
3/8". Keep in mind that they are not automatically included, so don’t forget to
select “Drilled Holes” before you start designing your sign.

How should I clean my custom aluminum sign?

We recommend wiping the front of your sign with a microfiber or lint-free cloth
to remove dust. You can also use streak-free glass cleaner to remove stains from
the sign’s surface.

SIGN ARRIVED SCRATCHED, YET WELL WRAPPED

Sadly, which ever division this is outsourced to, the sign was well wrapped in
bubble wrap and in a proper cardboard box, however, the sign had multiple
scratches on the surface of the metal sign. So clearly, the attention to detail
on the printing was lacking. Would not recommend if there isn't quality control
out of the shop.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE PROOF. WHITE WON'T SHOW BUT WILL PRINT

was not happy with this product at all.
