I’m excited to share a new search improvement with you all, one that's been heavily requested! Introducing breadcrumbs in advanced search results! Have you ever come across a list of search results with similar page titles and/or space names, leaving you to click through every result until you find the right one? Breadcrumbs provide contextual insight into a page’s location and hierarchy, taking the mystery out of your searching. This feature is currently rolling out to Confluence advanced search, so it should come to your site soon if you don’t see it on your Confluence Cloud instance today. We hope you enjoy this new improvement! We understand there is so much more we can do with search, so this is just one of the first steps toward improving your search experience. My biggest search bugbear by far is that Jira Service Management customers (eg. non-licensed Confluence users) cannot search in connected Confluence knowledge bases at all.
