HOW TO COLLECT YOUR SAMPLE


1) Do not urinate for at least 1 hour prior to collecting your sample. Wash your
hands thoroughly before and after the procedure.
2) Gently squeeze the sides of the urine collection box until the base locks.
The box has a plastic lining inside to collect urine which can tear or puncture
easily, so please take care while handling.
3) Let the first part of your urine pass into the toilet, then urinate into the
collection box until it is at minimum half full. Finish remaining urine in the
toilet.
4) Using the transfer pipette, cautiously transfer the urine from the box to the
collection tube up to the marked fill line.
5) Tightly seal the cap and discard the rest of the urine in the collection box.
6) Put the urine-filled tube and absorbent pad in the biohazard bag. Then place
the biohazard bag back into the test kit box and seal it.
7) Place the box into the shipping bag provided, attach the return label and
send the test back to us as soon as possible ( be sure to not send your sample
on a Friday or the weekend ).
