I just traded the Kia soul yesterday for a Sportage (at herb chambers), and the

but something I did not want. Laurel was able to tell me exactly what was
available on the lot for new vehicles without hesitation. Ramon was fantastic
going through all the features of the vehicle and showed me a few features that
I didn’t request but came along with the vehicle. Ramon explained in detail how
all these worked (for a simple person). I was impressed by the all the staffs

My only beef with them is that it took a long time for my service (3 hrs instead
of the quoted 90-120 mins) and they did the wrong oil change. Yet they are
making up for their error by giving me a free synthetic change when I come in
for additional services next time. They are also good at arranging for free
repairs based on my auto repair insurance that I bought from them 5 years ago.
That insurance has never been a hassle.
