SWMS

Safe Work Method Statements (formerly known as JSAs) are designed to assist
workers and builders in working safely while carrying out high risk work. Safe
Work Method Statements have particular relevance in the construction industry
where many high risk tasks are carried out such as;
 * working at heights
 * working in trenches/ excavations
 * mobile plant, including working with or around mobile plant

when carrying out numerous other hazardous tasks where the hazards and risks
needs to be either eliminated or, if this is not reasonably practicable, to
minimize those hazards and risks so far as is reasonably practicable. The SWMS
we provide have been developed to meet the requirements the Victorian
Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Act and Regulations as well as the new
national Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations which have either been
adopted, or are to be adopted, by all states and territories in Australia and
the current Occupational Health and Safety Regulations still applicable in some
states. The two most common formats we provide SWMS in are:


BASIC LEVEL

This level Safe Work Method Statement is designed to cover the basic minimum
requirements of the regulations and could be suited, but is not restricted to,
the domestic construction industry.


ADVANCED LEVEL

This level Safe Work Method Statement is designed to cover a higher level of
requirements (such as AS 4801) that a number of builders accredited to carry out
federal government construction work require and is more suited, but is not
restricted to, the commercial construction industry


IF YOU REQUIRE SAFE WORK METHOD STATEMENTS THAT ARE NOT LISTED HERE, THEY CAN BE
DEVELOPED ON REQUEST.

AUDITS

We offer a range of Audit services for various industries which include, but are
