that require guard response service for municipal alarm verification.
Cancellation charges apply for early termination of a 36 month contract.

your commitment term. Additional cancellation fees will be charged on the
promotional gift received which will be the sum of $549.99, declining by
$22.91 for every month of Internet service and reducing to $0 at the end of
your commitment period. If all services are cancelled early, total fee will
be $909.99 declining by $37.91 per month and reducing to $0 by the end of
your commitment term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition
upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be
charged to the account. Samsung 55TU7000 TV has a retail value of $549.99,
based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
7. Based on third party testing that compared the upload and download
throughput speeds of TELUS and its major competitor’s Wi-Fi 6 devices.
Benefits of Wi-Fi 6 are only experienced on Wi-Fi 6 enabled devices. For

Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term.
Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility
service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
9. Offer subject to change without notice, and may not be combined with other
offers. Available to new and existing TELUS customers who have not
subscribed to Internet, Optik TV, SmartHome Security and TELUS Online
Security in the past 90 days. $18/mo. for the Smart Automation Plus
available to customers who have not subscribed to TELUS SmartHome Security
services in the past 90 days and are signing up for Internet and Optik TV
services on a new 2-year term, and SmartHome Security on a 3-year term
($540 savings over three-years). Offer includes Optik TV Essentials,
Gigabit Internet, and SmartHome Smart Automation Plus. All SHS plans
include TELUS Online Security (“TOS”): TELUS Online Security Basic (for
Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus plans) or TELUS Online Security
Standard (for Secure and Control). No one can prevent all cybercrime or

all products, services and features are available on all devices or

months 1-24, a $15/mo. discount applies to Optik TV, and a $46/mo. discount
applies to Internet. Mobility customers will have an extra $10/month
discount applied to the home services bill for 24 months (or as long as
they continue to have eligible home services products). Eligible home
services products include TELUS Home Internet 15 and higher, Optik TV, Home
Phone or a combination thereof. This is a total discount of $71/mo. ($1,704
savings over two years). Current regular price of Gigabit Internet is
$135/mo. and Optik TV Essentials is $40/mo. For customers signing up on a
24 months term, the Internet and Optik TV rate plan price is guaranteed to
remain the same for the duration of the 24 month term. Prices of features
and add-ons such as unlimited internet data, a la carte TV channels/theme
packs and premium TV content are not guaranteed during the 24 month term
and subject to change anytime. For customers signing up on a 36 months
term, the SmartHome Security rate plan is guaranteed to remain the same for

Downgrading to Lite after accepting a promotional offer will trigger the
cancellation fees associated with Optik. A cancellation fee applies to the

will be the sum of $720, declining by $30, for every month of Internet and
Optik TV service and reducing to $0 at the end of your commitment term. If
you cancel a single service (Optik TV or Internet), the service
cancellation fee is $360 declining by $15 per month and reducing to $0 at
the end of your commitment term. Rental equipment must be returned in good

be charged to the account. Maximum speeds require optimal network

Regular price for Smart Automation Plus plan applies after the end of the 3
or 5-year service agreement, and is currently $33/mo. Regular price is
subject to change without notice. A cancellation fee applies for early
termination of the 3-year or 5-year Security service agreement equal to
$10/mo. multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service
agreement (with a partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable
taxes. TELUS SmartHome Security professional installation fee applies and
is $150 for customers subscribed to one or more of the following services:
TELUS postpaid mobility, SmartHub or High Speed Internet. The professional
installation fee for all other customers is $450. A $100 kit fee is charged
on self-install orders and will be added to your first bill. The kit fee is
100% refundable when you install and activate your service within 30 days
of your order. This includes installation of automation and security
devices, app installation and a walk-test where required. Once your service
is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the
kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill.
10. The $50 savings is a waiving of our $50 connection fee. Offer applicable
online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie.
tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Offer applicable to
Mobility consumer accounts only. Offer not applicable to Business,
Corporate or EPP account types.
