HOW DO OUR CORPORATE SERVICES WORK - 4 EASY STEPS


STEP 1 - SUBMIT



Whether you’re planning team treats on a Friday or a multi-date, multi-site
event, tell us about what kind of event you’re throwing and the types of
suppliers you’re looking for with as much detail as possible.




STEP 2 - MEET



A dedicated Event Expert will be assigned to you and will get to work finding
the ideal suppliers for your event. They’ll be on hand every step of the way,
from submitting your enquiry until after your event and any future events you
plan through us.




STEP 3 - QUOTE & CHAT



You’ll begin to receive personalised quotes from suppliers within a few hours.
Have a read through each quote and decide which you like the look of. This is a
good opportunity to chat with your favourite suppliers and let them know if you
have any special requests.




STEP 4 - BOOK



Confirm your supplier by either paying upfront or using Feast It Pay, which
allows you to lock them in with a deposit starting from as low as 10%, and make
additional payments in the months leading up to your event. The money is kept in
a secure account and is only released to the suppliers once your event has gone
perfectly.




LAST MINUTE REQUESTS? NO PROBLEM!



Our team are always available should you have a last minute request for a
supplier, we can secure you a booking within as little as 24hrs. If you need a
bespoke request, or are working on a tight deadline, simply speak to your

WHAT TYPES OF CORPORATE SERVICES DOES YOU OFFER?

We provide a wide range of corporate services including catering, event staff,
photography, videography, venue hire, agency support and more! Our goal is to
help make your corporate event a success. Get in touch with one of our event

CAN I CUSTOMISE THE CATERING MENU FOR MY CORPORATE EVENT?

Absolutely! Our caterers are happy to work with you to create a customised menu
that fits the needs of your event. Whether you're looking for a formal sit-down
dinner or a casual buffet, a street food bonanza or a custom cocktail bar, we
can help make your vision a reality.


DO YOU OFFER EVENT STAFF FOR CORPORATE EVENTS?

We do! We offer a wide range of event staff services via our best in class
suppliers, including waiters, bartenders, hosts, security, and other support
staff.


WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS FOR CORPORATE SERVICES?




WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY CATERING QUOTE?

Each supplier will bring everything they need to the venue. Their setup (usually
a food truck, a market stall or mobile bar), their produce, their equipment, and
whatever container they’re serving the food out of. If you’d rather a more
traditional service, staff and chinaware can also be arranged - just chat to the
supplier and they'll let you know!


HOW MUCH DOES EVENT CATERING COST?

As you may have realised, we don’t do one size fits all, so the answer can vary
a lot. As a guideline though, you’d be looking to spend a minimum of £10-$15 per
head for a main. Having independent or street food suppliers at your event is
typically 75% cheaper than average traditional catering.


CAN THE SUPPLIERS OPERATE INDOORS?

A large number of the suppliers we work with can set up indoors, just make sure
to mention that you’d like the food served indoors when you submit the event
details to us.


HOW LONG BEFORE THE EVENT SHOULD I ENQUIRE?

The further in advance we know about your event the better. It means that there
will be more suppliers available for your event, so you will have more quotes to
choose between. Having said that, we are very well accustomed to working on
last-minute-enquiries (even for the next day!) so we'd always recommend you get
in touch at whatever point along the process.
