THE VENDOR SHOW WILL TAKE PLACE OVER TWO DAYS
Vendor booth setup will be Tuesday, December 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
(The show floor will be locked down at 6:00 p.m.)

SHOW HOURS:
Wednesday, December 13 – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
 Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Hudson

Thursday, December 14 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
 Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Hudson

Booth breakdown can begin at 4:00 p.m. - All items must be removed by the time
 you leave the exhibit show floor or additional charges may apply

Thursday, December 14 – 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Dinner and party provided by Hudson

Friday, December 15 - DEPARTURE

The agenda will be posted on our event app as we get closer to the show.




BADGE PICKUP:

You can pick up your show materials at Registration desk #2 located in the Wynn
Convention Center.
The Registration desk will be open from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December
12.




You must show your driver's license or some form of picture ID
(passport, TSA accepted picture ID) in order to receive your badge.




BOOTH INFORMATION:

There will be a separate charge for extra services, billed directly to you.

Booth Equipment Included: Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high pipe and
drape on three sides, 
one 6' table with cloth, two side chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth sign.
