"PROFESSIONAL AND STYLISH CRAFTSMANSHIP FROM BEN AND CC"

Our IDs were Ben and CC, whom were both patient and amicable to work with. CC
has a keen eye for aesthetics and was able to visualise our concept and ideas
effortlessly. Ben was very experienced and knowledgeable about furnishings and
gave us lots of advice on what kind of fittings or materials etc will work or is
not suitable. They managed to abide by our rather tight timeline and are
professional, dependable, and responsive.

The contractors that worked on our home had excellent workmanship, especially
their electricians who were skillful and went out of their way to make sure
everything was done to a high standard. The designers were able to accommodate
our requests as well as any extra modifications needed. However, I felt that the
carpentry workmanship was more clumsy and there were errors that needed repeated
rectifications, and was overall less reliable.

It would be nice if the designers paid more attention to detail, as quite a few
of the measurements were inaccurate which led to noticeable gaps, impractical
organisation/storage, and design flaws. However, it was a pleasant (albeit
stressful, but that's expected!) experience and they did a decent job in giving
our home a new facelift.

Did some research online before deciding on Met Interior.
Plenty of good reviews of this firm.
Was assign to Ben and we got to work straight away.

Mood board and ideas were discussed; specific requests were put forth and the
first designs were out in decent time. Ben accommodated requests for further
changes. Ben was closely involved at every stage from material selection down to
the actual start work and final touches. There was close discussion throughout
the project.

Build quality was excellent with minute details attended to.

Covid added some delay to the project but at completion, it was exactly as what
it was envisioned. Kudos to Ben.


WITNESSED OUR FIRST-EVER 3-ROOM BTO RENOVATION

Our ID designer, Ben took over our project after the previous ID designer was
resigned due to personal reason. Taking over a project to work on is a tough and
responsible job to deal with, and I think Ben managed them pretty well. Overall,
our designer is a no-fuss-straight-forward person to get our things done. With
all the ideas and concepts are done accurately on what we proposed on, our first
renovation was a great experience to witness as a new home owner. The workers
and contractors that hired by Ben are very experienced and reliable because
their workmanship was pretty decent quality work, with changes and
rectifications done nicely. Although our Reno works didn't involve many
complicated workflows, the duration of work had saved some time to complete
them. It was very fun to witness the progress each time we got to visit when we
were able
to.
Understand that IDs may have multiple projects on hand, and if I were to mention
one thing to be improved, is the priority managing. As a first time home owner
we do get excited, anxious and frustrated at times when we need our ID to follow
up very closelv especially when it is near deadline of handover for some
incomplete work that might caused delays. But at least to be thankful, some
reassurance from Ben is still able to deliver us a solution.
Lastly, we would like to appreciate the efforts and thanks to Ben for providing
us a very quality service in our first experience of renovation!

I discovered Shawn Tan through numerous positive reviews from his previous
clients on the Qanvast platform. Before my second viewing of the potential house
I wanted to buy, I decided to contact him and invite him to join me for the
viewing. At the time, I had reservations about why he would invest his time with
someone he didn't know, especially considering I might not even buy the house.
Surprisingly, he agreed to accompany me, and that very house is now my home.

Following the viewing, I began working on both the purchase of the flat and
enlisting Shawn to design my house. I must emphasize that Shawn is exceptionally
knowledgeable and full of creative design ideas. His youthful energy and drive
were instrumental in making things happen. I took him to various places to
explore fixtures, lighting, and furniture, and he always adapted to our
schedules and provided valuable input. I'm immensely grateful to have found
someone so committed and accommodating, in stark contrast to the snobbish
designers I've encountered in the past. Additionally, his commitment to
post-sale service is a game-changer. After moving into the house, there were
inevitably some details that needed refinement, and he was incredibly responsive
to my concerns, addressing them promptly by coordinating with his contractors.

I have to commend the outstanding workmanship of the contractors he engaged for
my extensive renovation project on a 40-year-old executive apartment. The result
is a modern, sleek, and comfortable living space. I wholeheartedly recommend
Shawn Tan and his company, MET interior, to anyone in search of a reliable and
exceptional designer who will not disappoint.

impressed with him right from our first visit - someone who understand and
deliver.

she was able to provide excellent service professionally. She took the effort to
design the house based on our requirements and source cheaper alternatives. She
also updates us on the renovation schedule actively and seeks approval prior
execution. Issues found before handover was resolved ASAP without much
inconvenience. Her service and quality of end product is commendable. House can
