Soaring power bills and lack of trust in energy retailers are driving more

more customers are opting for solar energy installations. According to the

energy retailers have their long-term interests at heart. This has dropped by

Product Compatibility

Hello. I'm trying to understand what happens when you combine products from
different product families. Are they all compatible with each other, or do
certain products only work with certain others?

Question with a best answer.

Best Answer

Yes! I can confirm that products in each product family are built to work
together, but not with others. There are adapters available that make this
possible, though.

As far as I can tell from the documentation, products only work with those
from their own family. Anyone else have experience with this?

I started by establishing a baseline for two weeks, and then measuring the
difference after using the product for another two weeks. This allowed me to
then calculate the cost and savings per day.

Maintenance Activities & Schedule for Turbines?

I'm investing in a home turbine and battery backup, and I'm super excited about
building energy independence! But I want to make sure I'm planning for the
maintenance I'll have to do, and I've been reading through the documentation and
only found a short paragraph around maintenance.

Can anyone point me to materials I might use to plan my maintenance schedule?

Tips and Tricks?

Hi! I'm a new member of this community, and I am quite excited to get
started. Can you tell me what's the best place to find tips and tricks from
other customers? It would be a real help to learn from others' experiences.

I'd also recommend that you attend one of the upcoming events in your
area. They're a great place to pick up tips from other customers!

Malfunction Error on VX Controller

I recently installed a new controller for my wind turbine system, and I'm
getting a very strange error message on the controller's LCD screen:

 1. 2034XR SYS MULT EXCEPTION
 2. SYSTEM MAY NOT CHARGE

Does anyone know what this means? I don't think the system is malfunctioning,
but it's concerning to see this message.
