WHO IS SMACKMAN?

SmackMan is the Signature Piece of Reinhard Schmid. It was originally painted on
glass in the late 90s, when Reinhard stayed in Chicago.

The SmackMan is fooling around and partying most of the time, but now he wants
to show us his inner values by spreading love and coins all over us...


WHO IS REINHARD SCHMID?

Reinhard is one of the few real NFT-OGs from Europe. He is a full-time Artist
with more than 30 years of experience in traditional and 25 years in digital
art.

In 2018 he started his journey into crypto art as one of the very first artists
on Makersplace. Soon after that he was accepted by all the premier marketplaces,
including SuperRare, KnownOrigin and AsyncArt.

In 2020 he was admitted into the prestigious Art x Whale project and he was
recently included into the "TOP 50 NFT Artists in the World" by the renowned NFT
Magazine.

Exclusively, and honouring the Flux Collective Reinhard now has designed the
SmackManCoin in a special Flux Collective Edition.


WHO IS MICHAEL EMPERIOM?

Michael is one of the few real Game-Music-OGs from Europe. He is a full-time
musician and a classically trained composer who can easily write orchestra
arrangements by hand.

He studied classical composition and audio engineering and is part of the last
generation to learn to record fully analog, on a large mixing desk and a tape
machine.

In 2010 he decided to start SOUND OF GAMES, the No. 1 Production Company for
Game Music, or let's say Music for the Metaverse.

Honouring the Flux Collective, Michael now has exclusively composed 39 different
sound loops for the SmackManCoin.


WHO IS COUDE?

Coude is Co-Founder of the Flux Collective, the leading NFT Community
established in Germany in 2020.

As an artist he was responsible for the visual appearance of the Flux Collective
from the beginning. He also has designed the "Flux Black Token", the Communities
Genesis Token.

For the new SmackManCoin he created 39 fantastic Designs for the SmackMan, which
show a perfect symbiosis together with Michael Emperiom sound loops.

redeemed for a physical object. Sometimes the owner is entitled to an

nothing at all. Flux Smackman NFT collectibles represent access to real-world
experiences, physical objects, digital art, and more.



WHAT IS A BLOCKCHAIN

irreversible and can be referenced in the future. The blockchain enables for the

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO MINT AN NFT?

Similar to how coins are minted and added into circulation, minting an NFT
certifies the token as unique and adds it to the blockchain. By minting an NFT,
you begin its existence on the blockchain and become its first owner.



ARE NFTS BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?

Our NFT's will be minted on Ethereum, which uses a fair sum of energy, but is
working on transitioning to Proof-of-Stake, which will drastically reduce the
amount of energy the network uses. The transition is planned for the end of this
year.
