ABOUT US



Ustigate Waterplay specialise in the design and build of indoor and outdoor
water play facilities. The company is the largest of its kind in the UK,
operating from a 11,000ft² office in Kent. Ustigate have extensive experience in
the aquatic play industry having completed over 150 installations since 1990.
All of the mechanical and electrical elements to operate the aquatic play are
designed, manufactured and tested in-house, this includes the manifold and the
complex controller. We design and build the plant rooms complete with the best
water management system for the scheme. Our systems include a PWTAG compliant
recirculation system with two tanks and flow through systems with grey water
tanks to collect and repurpose water for irrigation. We regularly act as a main
contractor on schemes, providing a full turnkey solution from start to finish.
Our in-house engineering expertise allows us to design and build bespoke
facilities to cater for every site specific need and all of our projects are
delivered on time and on budget. At Ustigate we take water quality seriously,
designing systems that meet and exceed the PWTAG water quality standards for
aquatic play environments. Our systems provide the safest water for children to
play in.








Our aquatic partner of 21 years is Vortex Aquatic Structures International Inc
of Canada, an award-winning company that designs, develops and manufactures
award winning products.  Their research and development is second to none and
their extensive range of exceptional quality aquatic play features allows us to
push the limits of creativity to design new and inspirational play spaces.
Vortex International have completed an impressive 9000 installations in 50
countries. Our close relationship with Vortex provides an exclusive range of
over 300 aquatic play features, remarkable for their innovative design,
interactivity and quality; backed by a first-rate warranty and outstanding
customer service.








Ustigate and wiegand.waterrides bring over 100 years of aquatic expertise
together. Our services include the design, supply, installation, thermal
insulation and maintenance of flumes, made in stainless steel or FRP / GRP
(Fiber-glass reinforced plastic). We supply traffic light systems, special
effects, competitive games and virtual reality for water slides. All products
meet strict safety standards, having been tested by the TÜV (Technical
Supervision Authorities) and certified EN 1069, the European standard for
waterslides and EN 1090, the European standard for steel and welded
constructions. wiegand.waterrides is a water park supplier and water slide
manufacturer based in Germany, with over 3000 installations.
