      So here's what I did and it works for me, I don't have a sending device
      but purely for connector config.
      
      Created two directories to house my certs "remote-mgmt" and "tls-list"
      
      In both these directories I run:
      
      openssl req  -nodes...

      This works for me. Verified that it's now using the correct certificate
      for both remote management and my Syslog NG connector.

      Sorry for the late response. There is a temp data directory under
      %APPDATA%/Borland/StarTeam/ Vcm, but no file you can use to retrieve the
      session. You can save your VCM session periodically when you are working
      on lengthy VCM operations.

      Do you have the Relativty Designer or the Relativity DBA?  The connection
      to which I refer is the pathname stored in the metadata of the catalog. 
      Either the Designer or the DBA is needed to investigate these values.

      Quite honestly, I've not checked that.  I have only had the need to do
      file level restores and we don't set rights at that level.  On my list of
      things to do now.
